REMOVING CONFEDERATE STATUES AND MONUMENTS FROM PUBLIC PLACES A.K.A. TAX PAYER OWNED PROPERTY. HOW SHOULD YOU FEEL ON THAT ONE?

I take a different approach on this one. The Confederate States of America separated from the United States and became a separate country. They had a President, Congress, and an army.  They were a foreign country. The Southern States stopped being the United States. In 2017 we have to realize this. The Confederate States were not the U.S.A. They flew a foreign flag. We’re all together now. We’re America. If a Confederate monument or statue is on public property it should be removed. It can be sold and placed in a museum or private property. We don’t have monuments that honor all the English soldiers that died in the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812. You want to do “Southern Heritage” that’s fine. Do it on private property.

Super Bowl Prediction

My original Super Bowl pick didn't exactly work out. When the playoffs started I said it was going to be the Steelers and the Falcons. I got the Falcons part right.
I think this Super Bowl is the most evenly matched Super Bowl game in a while. It really could go either way. They both have skilled players on both sides of the ball. It will come down to coaching and experience. The Patriots have more of that. I see the Patriots winning the game between 6-10 points. Something in the neighborhood of 32-24.

NFL Predictions

Here are my NFL predictions through the Superbowl.

Saturday Games:

Seahawks at Falcons: Falcons are able to outscore the Seahawks in a shootout. 31-28 Falcons.

Texans at Patriots: Not as easy as you think. I’m concerned about the receivers Brady has left to throw to.  The Texans defense is good.  17-10 Patriots.

Sunday Games:

Steelers at Chiefs: I think this one is easy. Steelers in a blowout. All the skilled players for the Steelers are healthy. The three headed monster of Big Ben, Leveon Bell, and Antonio Brown will outscore the Chiefs. 31-10 Steelers.

Packers at Cowboys: Everybody was impressed by how the Packers beat the Giants. Not me. It was a product of Lambeau Field. The Packers have no running game. Their best wide receiver is done for the rest of the post season. The Giants didn’t want to be there. The Cowboys will be rested and at home. The Packers will have no answer for Ezekiel Elliot. 24-17 Cowboys.

Steelers will beat the Patriots

NFC:

Falcons will beat the Cowboys

Superbowl:

Steelers over the Falcons

ALABAMA WILL WIN BY 4

The college football championship game will be a good. Both teams will each score over 30 points.
Alabama will be up 37 to 33 with little time remaining and Clemson will have the ball last. The Alabama defense will come through and prevent a touchdown while time runs out on Clemson.
Alabama 37-33.
